Courtesy of Deadspin, here’s Wyoming Coach Joe Glenn’s signal to the opposing sideline Saturday during Utah’s 50-0 drubbing of the Pokes.
Coach Glenn wasn’t too pleased when the Utes, taking a page from the Bill Belichick playbook, attempted an onsides kick in the third quarter with a 43-0 lead.
Glenn might have aroused the Utes’ ire earlier in the week when he guaranteed a Pokes victory, not a wise idea considering UW’s shaky play of late.
ESPN.com has a story on Glenn’s apology today.
Anyone who’s ever been cut off in traffic by a Beehive State driver feels the same frustration. We’re with you 100 percent, coach!
