I dunno, js, I live in Wilson and I don’t recognize that song…or that moose.

Seems to be a big year for moose foraging in yards. We’ve had a mama and adolescent in our yard for about the past week, pruning our willows and aspens. Earlier in the season there was a mama with two adolescents in the hood; I hope nothing happened to the other one or that this is a different family unit.

Long live the moose!

The baby moose that js was talking about slept on our porch last week by the ball park, she had just been attacked by the lion hangin on Snow King-I hope this isn’t the moose that didn’t survive.

unfortunately, our moose isn’t in great shape. it has scratched off a lot of hair on its neck and doesn’t look good. a friend called Game and Fish today, on finding the moose sitting down on Snow King Avenue.

I just hope it doesn’t wind up like this moose:

Just yesterday there was a female moose down here in Rafter J. It ate some of the neighbors bushes then walked off down the street.
